Our golf specific examination is comprehensive. You will benefit from the diverse and professional background that Dr. Wickmann has to offer. Following your initial assessment, you will be given a written/ digital Report of Finding with recommendations. Your recommendations will be unique and in the following areas:

Restricted motion– This will be addressed with specific stretches, muscle work and spinal/extremity manipulation.

Stability– This will be addressed with specific exercises to facilitate and strengthen weak or underperforming neuromuscular relationships.

Your program will specifically address identified structural and functional deficiencies in your initial exam. You will also be given access to the member’s area of the TPI website. Your exercise program and numerous articles and resources will be available for download. Many of our clients will also incorporate chiropractic care to optimize their results along with the exercise plan. The manual therapy techniques address foundational and passive motion while the exercises will address active and voluntary motion. You will then receive a follow up examination 6 weeks after initiating your exercise and treatment regiment with your updated results.

Dr. Todd Asks some important questions of interest to Fort Myers residents - Chiropractor Fort Myers Dr. Todd Asks...

Is a muscle spasm a cause or an effect?
With the knee-jerk use of muscle relaxers, you'd think it was a cause. But it's an effect. Chiropractors know that bones don't move unless muscles move them. And muscles don't contract unless commanded by the nervous system. That's why your nervous system is the focus of our Fort Myers chiropractic practice.
What happens if you stop chiropractic care when you feel better?
Many Fort Myers folks recognize that this predisposes you to a relapse. Chiropractors know that muscles and ligaments supporting the spine don't fully heal until after symptoms subside.
